Accepted payment methods: Cashapp, Paypal. If in person at Seller’s booth, Square or cash works as well.

Customer agrees to either pay the due full amount upfront, or to pay half of the invoice total upfront. The other half must to be paid once the full piece is finished.

Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until initial payment has been received by Seller.

Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase. In addition, customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits during and after completion (eg. hair color change). After 3 revisions during the color phase, Seller will add an extra fee to the final payment, 10% of the total amount.

Product will be delivered digitally via a mutually agreed method (email, Instagram, etc). Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.

Use of Seller’s product for Al-related technology, cryptocurrency, and alike, is strictly prohibited. Please do not upload it to any Al sites, as this could compromise Seller’s artwork.

Customer may repost the WATERMARKED VERSION on external sites as long as it is credited back to Seller, such as tagging and/or providing a link to Seller’s profile. If it used as an icon, Customer is to provide credit in their bio.

Commercial usage requires a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.

Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally through their preferred method (Instagram, email, etc). Seller cannot be held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Seller.

Seller reserves the right to decline any request.

Seller reserves all rights to the artwork. However, Customer may ask Seller not to post it and/or put in portfolio. This request will be honored.

Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.

Seller may cancel and refund any order at any time.

Customer may ask for a refund on orders with no progress for two months, or when work has not been completed within four months.

Any behavior or comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in a cancellation. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
